All polypropylene industrial centrifugal exhaust fans with no metal in the airstream are manufactured following ISO 9001-2008 standards. These chemical-resistant exhaust fans and industrial centrifugal fans are designed for durability and safe operation in harsh environments. The direct-drive centrifugal fans are available in six sizes from 5” up to 23.50” inlet and in Carbon Impregnated Polypropylene (CIP) for explosive atmospheres. Performance ranges from 0.25”-8” static pressure and from 30–8830 CFM.
The all-polypropylene construction ensures maximum protection since polypropylene has excellent resistance against acids and corrosion. These centrifugal exhaust fans are half the weight and half the cost of substitute materials like stainless steel, making them an efficient and economical choice for industrial use.
Common applications include, but are not limited to, fume hoods, chemical storage, natatoriums, wastewater treatment, scrubbers, laboratories, and HVAC exhaust systems. Each chemical-resistant blower is equipped with Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) to increase UV resistance and extend service life.
