  • Superior Corrosion Resistance - Seemless high-density polypropylene construction ensure long-term durability. No dilution with bypass air is required before introducing chemical-laden air into the blower system.
  • Industry compliance - Designed in accordance with ANSI Z9.5, NFPA 45, and ASHRAE guidelines for laboratory exhaust systems.
  • Non-Metallic Airstream - No metal components within the airstream, eliminating the risk of chemical degradation and corrosion.
  • Efficient & Reliable Motor Placement - UL/CSA TEFC/XPFC motors are securely located outside the chemical airstream. IE6 hyper-efficiency direct-drive motors deliver over 25% greater efficiency than traditional belt-driven systems, reducing operational costs.
  • Spark-Resistant Construction - Spark B resistant design, with optional Spark A carbon-impregnated (CIP) models available for enhanced safety.
  • All-Inclusive System Design - Equipped with a weather-protected motor cover/support stand, high velocity discharge nozzle (+3,000fpm velocity), and a NEMA-4X Control Module housing the VFD, HMI controller, and all electrical components for seamless operation.
  • Heavy-Duty Yet Lightweight - Constructed with 5-6mm (0.20-0.25’’) thick, high-impact polypropylene, providing strength without excess weight for easy installation and resistant to environmental conditions.
  • Eco-Friendly Construction - Made from 100% recyclable polypropylene, offering a sustainable solution.
  • Maintenance-Free Performance - Resistant to degradation, flaking, peeling, and cracking. No chemical coatings required to withstand toxic fumes.
